Tomorrow Im going to have my first work out outside in my patio😊🤸♀️, and I m really looking forward to that☀️
The Spring is here in Spain, the sun is shining, but a freezing cold wind has been around the corners🌬. To day the wind did “blow” away, and its possible to do the work out outside in the mornings,- with out blowing away😅. Im not the most “heavy” petson in the world,- so I could easily ” been gone with the wind”😄- just kidding 😊.Any way,- Im looking forward to some nice exercises out side in the mornings now,- a good start on the day☀️🤸♀️
Work out inside- in my home
Im lucky,- because I could made our own “work out”- room in our guestroom. And since I m not to comfortable on “the gym”,- this has been a good solution for me to do my work out. It has been very functional for me,- and also for Emna now and then😄
I did started with my regular work outs in October last year. Started with 3 times a week, and around 30- 45 min per time. Little by little, when I felt my body was “ready” I did put in some more abd different exercises, and also more time per week. Now I do my work out 4- 5 times a week, and I normally “keep going” for over 1 hour. It feels so great😊🤸♀️

We are also getting sime guestes from Norway in the Easter, so I actualke needed to “move out” my “gym”,- so our guests can use the guestroom😊
Fancy, used and “old”
My step- machine is around 5- 6 years old and very “nice” used. I got for maybe 3 or 4 years ago, and I got it from some norwegians that moved back to Norway.
I was so motivated in my mind when I got it……in my mind.. it took actually years before I started use it. It has been outside in the sun, rain, wind. During the cold and weet winter, and the very hot summer. And it still works😄
To be honest,- I did put it in between some trees in my front patio,- and did hope no one did see it😅. It felt a bit embarrassing to have the step- machine and don’t use it.
So in September I did try it out a couple of times, and in October I moved in and create ny owb “work-out”- plan that suits me and my body🤸♀️😊
Why do some work- out?
I did some work out before I became a mammi,- and then my work out was to “run” after my children😄. It was “work out” enough sometimes. Now I do my work out in “my way” again,- but it has take some time to motivate my self to get started. I have been doing my work out for 6 months now,- and it is a part of my rutines, and if I don’t work out a couple of days its like my body says “Hey,hey,- its time for lets move around a bit”😄🤸♀️
In my nursery-job I have been working with recovering, and I did see that the patients that has been working out also recovered much faster. I have been teaching and training patients from starting brushing theier own teeth again, eat, take a shower, go to the toalett, learn to move again in different ways. Stand up, sit down and also walk again. And one thing is for sure,- the once that did regular work outs also did recover so much faster.
I want to put on more weight, and to fo work out helps me with that.
Its good for the brain, body and mind to do some work out during the week.
I dont press my body to the “last limit”,- but “listen” to it when its ready to do more, longer, heavier and new exercises 😊
Its so many differents things and works out to do,- it is actually something for everyone 💛😊
If I manage to put my self “back in track ” and starting to do work out regularly, I think many others akso can get started😊. Remeber,- I actually did hide my step- machine in the trees for 2 or 3 years 😅….before I did started 🏋️♀️🤸♀️
A healthy mind in a healthy body- its worth to try it😊💛….you will be suprised how fun it actually can be😊💛☀️
