It was so $nice to visit Fabian and his #friends yesterday evening 😊.
He is #enjoying his #life, he is in a place he needs to be right now,- and thats just to be a young man #finding him self 😊. Be with friends, be a part of the “boys”- group, do workout, #travel to #concerts with “the boys”. Actually just be a young man with not to much #responsibility that just for him self. I think this #era in his life will also make him a even better #partner in a #relationship later in life 😊.
Of course I did think about Millie and how much I #miss her. Specially because I didnt just bring with me the “#famous” #chocolatecake to Fabian , but also because I did made #homemade #garlicdressing and did bring that one with me too, to the “boys”. And Millie did really #like my garlic-dressing 😊. So now and then I did made a #glass and gave it to them when she and Fabian was together 😊.
I can give you the #recipe for that one one day,- its #easy to make 😊.
My #children really #love my #chocolate-#cake 🎂. So for every #birthday as long as I can remember I have made this cake to them, and gave it in the bed to them as part of the birthday- #breakfast ,- and of cours with #candles on 😊. At their birthdays they did get the breakfast in bed,- it didnt matter if it was a Wednesday or Saturday, holyday or shcool-day 💛. Well,- that time is over, but the chocolate-cake time is not over 🎂.
So,- do you want to #taste my #norwegian chocolate cake? 😊 Well,- you need to #make it your self this time, but maybe one day I do make one for you too? 😊 Just as you know,- its a bit “#caloriebomb”, just like a real real #good “#old #fashioned” #homemade cake should be 😉.
But why not try to make something #sweet and #tasty with a tiny bit “#touch” of #norwegian too to the #weekend? 😊🎂
The recipe for the chocolate-cake is:
3 eggs and 250 gr sugar – mixed together to eggnog.
180 gr flour
3 ss cacao (tablespoons) (I do normally take a bit more 😉)
1 1/2 spoon baking powder
1 1/2 spoon vanilla sugar ( I normally take a bit more of that one too 😊)
1 1/2 dl water or milk melted togheter with 150 margarin or butter.
Mix it all together, and have it all in a roasting pan. I do normally have baking paper in the bottom of the pan before I pour the cake batter into the roasting pan.
Fry at 180 degrees at the bottom of the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Lets cool down 😊
The chocolate- cream/detector 😍
300 g sugar flour
100 g butter
1 1/2 spoon cacao (I do take a bit more here too 😅)
2 spoons vanilla sugar (well….gues what? 😉….correct,- I tske a bit more 😊)
3 ss (tablespoon) coffee- water ( I normally use cold water mixed with try coffee pouder)
Mix the cream together, and have it over the cake 🎂, and you can sprinkle some cake decorations over the chocolate detector if you like,- and then its just to say ENJOY 💛.
…… and yes – remember to #sprinkle a small #dose of #love over the cake too 😊.
Its not so difficult to made,- and its #tast very #great 😊🎂.
